The protagonist is Michael Yang, a first-generation Korean entrepreneur and investor in Silicon Valley. Yang crossed the American continent 40,000 miles on a motorcycle and published a travelogue, “Coming Alive on the Ride,” which captures his memories of that journey.
So why did Yang embark on this 40,000-mile motorcycle journey?
Yang stated, “Running a venture and traveling across the American continent are both adventures,” adding, “The adventurous spirit is my identity.”
